Guests can ask up to 10 questions; a free account lifts the limit and unlocks medical file uploads. The consultant persona — "Panacea" — works through each question in the open: analysing the question, searching scientific databases, checking drug interactions, then preparing the response.
Account holders can upload medical documents for context. The portal treats uploads conservatively: files are processed locally, deleted immediately after processing, and the accuracy guard keeps uncertain extractions from masquerading as fact.
Because the IQP is Panacea's own portal, it carries product context for Panacea materials, and wishlist/notify features so a visitor can follow an item and hear when its status changes.
The portal's own words: no personal data is stored after you leave; only general discussion topics are remembered to improve return visits; medical files are processed locally and immediately deleted; the connection is encrypted.
